A lot of the work that I do hinges on what is consume into our bodies whether it be orally, audibly or visually, and in some cases, even environmentally. In my world, the saying "you are what you eat" is more than just a careless colloquialism. It is the breeding ground for the true story that our bodies tell behind the masks that we wear to try to silence the internal pain that we often feel.
